For the stain free drying and secondary polishing of the trowalized
work pieces with the use of heated media.
Functional principle - The induced vibration generates a gentle
rolling movement of parts and drying medium. The moisture on the
parts is absorbed by the heated drying medium. The constant
relative movement between parts and medium has not only a drying, but
also a polishing effect on the parts.
Technical features
- Helically
shaped work channel without built-in ramp allows gentle component
movement..
- Rubber-lined in feed chute built into outer wall of the work
bowl facilitates the loading of finished components coming from the
machine(s).
- Infinitely adjustable heating system with extremely heating
performance.
- Heating system with replaceable heating rods which are mounted
in the non-vibrating machine base.
- Integrated screening device allows batch as well as continuous
processing.
Special equipment
- Pneumatically
activated screening device facilitates the linking with production
stages prior to and after drying.
- Dust cover with integrated suction fan and dust collector.
- For drying of extremely delicate components, the work channel
can be lined with polyurethane. In this case, the drying process
takes place with a hot air blower mounted at the top of the work
bowl.

For gentle, stain free drying of extremely dished components with the
use of heated drying media.
Applications - After the finishing process, the finished, but wet
parts must normally be dried. With Trowal rotary drum type driers of the
model range DLT, the parts are gently and stain free dried in a heated
drying medium consisting of maizorb, ground walnut shells or wood chips.
- For large quantities of small parts, e.g. flat bulk parts.
- Especially suited for drying of cup-shaped parts.
Functional principle - The parts are transported
through a rotating screen drum in continuous mode. The drying of
the parts takes place with heated drying medium.

- Electrical heating with replaceable heating rods. Infinite
temperature adjustment.
- Built-in rotating screen drum for separating the parts from the
drying medium.
- Automatic return of the drying medium to the heating zone.
- Travel (heating) time adjustable from 2 to 4 minutes.
- Continuous operation facilitates the linking of the drying
process with production stages prior to and after drying.

For
drying of the work pieces with hot air. For delicate parts, which should
not impinge on each other.
Applications - Normally, the processed work pieces
have to be dried after the finishing process. Trowal hot air belt-driers
are designed to dry the work pieces with hot air. Most suited for
components, which may not impinge on each other.
- for components with difficult to reach cavities where drying
medium may lodge, and
- long and bulky parts.
Functional principle - The components are
transported through a drying tunnel on a wire mesh belt. The drying
takes place with hot air which is constantly circulated with a blower
fan uniformly heating the drying tunnel.
Technical
features
- Optimum drying conditions by Infinitely adjustable operating
temperature and Infinite speed adjustment of the belt drive
- Little energy consumption by substantial heat insulation (> 100
mm).

Special equipment
- Wire mesh belt at choice from stainless steel (V4A).
- High pressure air knife to blow off moisture or water
pockets from the components. Mounted over the belt at the
entry to the drying tunnel.
Special design - Elongation of the transport belt
