Processing solutions and rinse waters from mass finishing operations may contain dissolved chemicals, metals, suspended abrasive or insoluble particles, foam, and / or other metallic particles. A simple concept is to recirculate the water through the vibratory deburring machine as it runs. After every 20-40 hours of production, treat the water to remove all solids in a batch flocculation system.

What is left is clean water, ready for the next production cycle.

The solid particles are dumped into a filter bag, where water is removed. The bag is disposed of, as solid waste.
