Trowal continuous finishing vibrators with the flow of the parts through the machine are especially designed for the continuous processing in one cycle by feeding the work pieces in loading cycles.  They are not only suited to remove slight burrs, but also to degrease oily parts with very short processing times.

Trowal AV machines are used for deburring and degreasing of bulk parts as well as for the processing of large work pieces, such as oil pans, cylinder head covers etc.

Continuous flow deburring - Trowal continuous vibrators are especially designed for the continuous processing in one cycle by feeding the work pieces in loading cycles.

For work pieces of all kind - AV machines have a trough shaped (rectangular) work bowl. They are most suited for:

• processing of robust mass produced parts of small and medium size (stampings, die castings)
• deburring and grinding of mid- and large-size components (engine and pump housings, oil pans, cylinder head covers, etc.).

Advantages - Trowalizing in continuous operation with continuous loading of the work pieces offers considerable advantages compared to the batch operation:

The processing channel with a length of up to 25 m permits high work piece travel times, so that impingements are avoided even with short loading cycle times.
