Large parts? - Trowal trough vibrators are used for finishing of mid to large size parts. Normally, the parts to be processed are placed into the trough individually.

Delicate work pieces? - Delicate parts are either:

• clamped with special fixtures / jigs, or
• processed individually in separate chambers with special dividers.

This type of processing prevents impingement and parts damage during the finishing process.

Universal applications - Trough vibrators are "all-round" mass finishing machines. They are most suitable for:

• Deburring
• Radiusing
• Surface smoothing
• Surface polishing
• Degreasing
• Surface cleaning
• Pickling, de-scaling, de-rusting

Trough vibrators are frequently also used for:

• Ball burnishing, and
• Pressure deburring with steel media.

"Excellent cost/performance ratio!" - Trowal trough vibrators of the TFM series are characterized by their robust design and low purchase price.

Work bowl shape - TFM vibrators always have a U-shaped work bowl (straight wall). At choice, they are also available with a built-in triangular wedge for better roll of the mass. Upon request, TFM vibrators can also be provided with a pear-shaped work bowl (double retracted wall).

Drive system - The vibration in trough vibrators of the series TFM is generated with high performance foot-mounted vibratory motors. Depending on the size of the work bowl, TFM vibrators are equipped with either 1 or 2 vibratory motors.

The vibratory motors are always lubricated for life.

Lining of the work bowl - Both machine types, the TFM and the TMV series, are lined with highly wear resistant, hot poured polyurethane with different grades of "shore hardness" to suit the application. Optional rubber lining is available.

Ball burnishing - Smaller sizes of the model range TFM are most suitable for ball burnishing for instance, pressure deburring with steel media.

Due to their high-performance drives, trough vibrators of the TMV series are most suitable for ball burnishing and pressure deburring.

Top performance - The specially developed "Multi-vib drive" offers especially intensive finishing over the complete work bowl length without "dead" areas.  No central lubrication required: The imbalance units are lifetime lubricated!

Ball burnishing - Because of their extremely powerful drive system, trough vibrators of the series TMV are best suited for ball burnishing and pressure deburring.

Modular model range - The TMV-series is designed as a modular system with:

• work bowl widths of 410, 550, 650 and 850 mm, as well as
• work bowl lengths of 1750, 2600, 3450, 4300, 5150, 6000 and 6850 mm

Noise protection - For both, TFM and TMV trough vibrators, noise reducing lids and complete sound enclosing cabins are available.  The sound enclosing dabins tightly fit the trough vibrator. With larger trough vibrators, the sound enclosing cabins are designed wider for easy access.
