The Filter King is a simple concept: Recirculate the water through the vibratory deburring machine as it runs.

After every 20-40 hours of production, treat the water to remove all solids.

What is left is clean water, ready for the next production cycle.

The solid particles are dumped into a filter bag, where water is removed. The bag is disposed of, as solid waste.

Compounds is metered through the deburring machine, draining into the receiving tank. From the receiving tank, water is returned to the holding tank, making a continuous flow. Waste is treated in the holding tank and discarded into the filter bag.

The Filter King can be used to effectively filter and recirculate vibratory deburring machines up to 15 cubic feet. Other sizes are available.

The Filter King can treat plastic and ceramic medias, removing the sludge created as well as most oils deburring byproducts.
